Indiana Knife Barn Terms of Service

By using this website or placing an order with Indiana Knife Barn, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and descriptions
Indiana Knife Barn sells collectible, vintage, limited-production, custom, and one-of-one knives. We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify, photograph, grade, and describe each item. Because many items are previously owned or collectible, minor variations, age-related wear, patina, packaging condition, and manufacturing differences may exist. Photographs are considered part of the product description.

2. Condition and grading
Condition grades and descriptions represent our good-faith assessment based on visible condition and available information. Buyers should review all photographs and descriptions before purchasing. Questions should be raised before placing an order.

3. Legal eligibility
By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and own the knife ordered under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding the laws in their jurisdiction.

Indiana Knife Barn reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any sale when shipment or possession of an item may be unlawful or restricted.

4. Age restrictions
Buyers must meet all applicable legal age requirements for the purchase and possession of the item ordered. Indiana Knife Barn may request age or identity verification before completing a sale.

5. Payment
Orders using check, money order, or another manual payment method are not considered paid until funds have been received and verified. Items may be held temporarily while payment is pending. Orders may be cancelled and inventory released if payment is not received within the stated payment period.

6. Pricing and availability
All prices are subject to change until an order is accepted. Because many products are one-of-one items, availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, or listing errors and cancel an affected order.

7. Shipping
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Higher-value orders may require insurance, signature confirmation, or other delivery safeguards. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, refunds, damaged shipments, and related matters are governed by the Indiana Knife Barn Return & Refund Policy.

9. Prohibited use
Products sold by Indiana Knife Barn may not be purchased or used for any unlawful purpose. Indiana Knife Barn does not encourage or authorize unlawful possession, carry, transfer, modification, or use of any knife.

10. Limitation of responsibility
Indiana Knife Barn is not responsible for misuse of products after sale, violations of law by a purchaser, or consequences resulting from improper handling, storage, modification, or use of a knife.

11. Intellectual property
Website text, original photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and other original Indiana Knife Barn content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

12. Changes to these terms
Indiana Knife Barn may update these Terms of Service as the business, website, or applicable requirements change. The terms posted at the time an order is placed will govern that transaction.
