Shipping policy

Indiana Knife Barn Shipping Policy: Indiana Knife Barn currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Shipping Options: Customers may select from available shipping methods at checkout, which ay include standard flat-rate shipping, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout. 

Processing: Orders are shipped after payment has been received and cleared. Orders paid by money order or check will remain pending until payment is received and verified. Personal checks must clear before shipment. 

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided by email when an order is shipped. 

Insurance: Higher-value collectible knives may be insured for the full purchase value. Additional insurance and/or signature confirmation may be required at our discretion for valuable shipments. 

Delivery: Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Indiana Knife Barn. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances outside our control. 

Shipping damage or loss: If an order arrives damaged, contact Indiana Knife Barn promptly and retain the knife, box, packaging materials, and shipping label while any carrier or insurance claim is being processed. 

Legal Shipping: Buyers are responsible for knowing the laws applicable to the possession and purchase of knives in their jurisdiction. Indiana Knife Barn reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when shipment of a particular knife may be prohibited or restricted by applicable law. 

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
