Refund policy

We sell collectible, vintage, limited production, and one-of-one knives. Every item is inspected and described to the best of our ability before sale. Photographs are part of the item description and should be reviewed carefully before purchase. 

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery only if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. The knife must not be carried, used, sharpened, cleaned, polished, disassembled, modified, or otherwise altered. Original boxes, certificates, sheaths, paperwork, and accessories must also be returned when included with the sale. 

Buyer-paid returns: Unless the item was materially misdescribed or damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. We strongly suggest insuring the return shipment for the full purchase value. 

Damaged or incorrect items: If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the listing, contact Indiana Knife Barn promptly and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved. 

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error. 

Cancellations: Because many items unique, an order may be held for payment for a limited period. Orders awaiting check or money-order payment may be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 calendar days. 

Legal Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of the item ordered. Indiana Knife Barn reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when shipment or sale may be unlawful or restricted.
